Welcome to Dominate Marketing, a business consulting service provided by Shupe Enterprises, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), doing business as Dominate Marketing. Dominate Marketing is a business consulting brand operated by Shupe Enterprises, LLC, a limited liability company based in the United States and owned by Christopher Shupe.

Dominate Marketing provides strategic guidance and consulting based on experience and expertise. However, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, financial results, or earnings. Success in business depends on many factors outside our control.
All fees and payments are due as described in your consulting agreement or invoice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.
For project-based or retainer work, terms regarding payments, late fees, and cancellations are outlined in individual service agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shupe Enterprises, LLC and its owner, Christopher Shupe, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Services.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and recommend you review their terms and privacy policies separately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
